Aquatic fitness, or water aerobics, classes are extremely popular due to the great health benefits the zero-impact exercise provides. Participants ages 15 and up can improve their cardiovascular fitness, muscular conditioning and flexibility. We offer a variety of aquatic fitness classes.

AQUA FIT I
Total body workout includes cardiovascular strength and endurance, muscle tone, and flexibility. A fun way to get in shape and stay there!

AQUA FIT II
The total body workout you want- cardiovascular endurance, strength and muscle tone, and flexibility- but all at a higher intensity. This is a very high energy class!

AFYAP-(Arthritis Foundation/YMCA Aquatic Program)
Designed to improve joint flexibility and range of motion. Exercises are conducted in the shallow end of the pool, so exercises do not need to know how to swim. *Doctors referral required for participation in class.

AQUACISE
Mild cardiovascular work and muscle development. This 1/2 hour class was designed for people with chronic conditions such as arthritis, fibromyaligia, etc.

AQUAFIT COMBO
A combination of cardiovascular exercise, yoga, and Pilates for a well rounded workout.
